Integrating an extensive, high-value collectible collection and a dedicated multi-user study into a sophisticated living layout without cluttering transit pathways.

THE BRIEF & COLLABORATION
Achieving a true sense of scale in contemporary Singapore apartments requires looking beyond standard storage solutions. For this project, Vitas Design SG engineered a multi-functional floor plan that balances sophisticated entertaining spaces with deeply personalised sanctuaries. By pairing polished stone flooring and rose gold metallic trim with custom-lit museum-grade display enclaves, the design team proved that a home can showcase specialised collections while maintaining a streamlined layout.

1. THE LIVING LOUNGE & COMMUNAL ZONE
The main social hall prioritises long horizontal lines and rich tactile contrasts to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• The Material Dynamic: A deep charcoal leather sectional sofa faces a sleek floating media console wrapped in dark timber veneer.
• The Spatial Extension: Large-format polished porcelain floor tiles reflect the natural light coming from the balcony, while a minimalist black ceiling fan preserves clean overhead sightlines.

2. THE COLLECTOR'S EXECUTIVE STUDIO
A dedicated home office and hobby suite transitions into a vibrant, high-energy environment built for focused work and showcasing collectibles.
• The Museum-Grade Enclosures: Full-height, matte black steel-framed glass showcase towers wrap around the room, equipped with integrated precision LED spotlights to display an extensive figurine collection without collecting dust.
• The Productive Core: A deep workspace setup pairs an ergonomic gaming chair against an intense royal blue accent wall, ensuring the room balances high-level remote corporate workloads with personal hobbies.

3. THE FOYER ENTRANCE & ROSE GOLD DINING AXIS
The dining zone acts as the structural anchor of the floor plan, welcoming guests with hospitality-driven material choices.
• The Entryway Storage Block: A massive run of handleless matte white cabinetry stands flush against the foyer border, smoothly integrating an illuminated open display niche for decor.
• The Metallic Highlight: A grouping of polished copper and rose gold globe pendant lamps hangs above a dark wood dining table, flanked by tailored tan leather dining chairs that elevate dinner hosting.

4. THE DEEP NAVY CULINARY GALLEY & UTILITY AXIS
The kitchen galley embraces a striking contrast of deep tones and hard-working surfaces, keeping daily chores out of sight.
• The Two-Tone Palette: Lower cabinets are wrapped in deep navy blue laminates, balanced by handleless upper cabinetry in crisp white to prevent the long corridor from feeling heavy.
• The Service Yard Integration: The linear workflow leads directly to an integrated service area framing a front-load washing machine beneath the window line, ensuring smooth paths for laundry routines.

5. THE PRIVATE MASTER SUITE
The primary sleeping quarters shift toward softer textures and subtle wood-grain elements to foster total rest and relaxation.
• The Tailored Resting Core: The main bed arrangement features a neutral, plush fabric headboard flanked by clean wooden bedside tables under soft ambient lighting, creating a symmetrical visual anchor for the room.
• The Space-Saving Wardrobe Axis: Full-height wardrobe cabinetry lines the adjacent wall footprint, utilising crisp white sliding panels with integrated vertical handle tracking. This design maximises internal storage capacity while completely eliminating swing-room obstructions to keep walkways wide and open.

6. THE MONOLITHIC STONE BATHROOMS
The wet utilities depart completely from standard apartment formats, leaning heavily into a premium hotel finish.
• The Textured Masonry: Large-format brown and grey marble-veined wall tiles wrap around floating stone vanities, featuring surface-mounted porcelain vessel sinks and frameless mirror ledges to establish a clean morning routine.

The visual identity across this apartment relies on a highly disciplined, repeated collection of premium finishes:
