My ID, Danny, came highly recommended by an acquaintance. After several meetings, I decided on him for his competency, practicality, communication skills, understanding of my needs and ability to address my concerns. Danny works well with his contractors to accommodate all my needs and answer my queries. His responses were always prompt and comprehensive. His carpentry was of lower price compared to several other IDs I considered, yet was done with high workmanship and quality with minimal touch-up needed.
The major renovation took about 2 months, and 4 months after moving in, I needed only minor post-renovation mostly on painting works, though that might have to do more with the quality of the BTO walls I had. All in all, I'm extremely glad that Danny delivered a well-renovated house that I call home on schedule and within budget. Thanks!

I recently completed my home renovation with Eric from Vitas, and I am very happy with the overall experience and final outcome. From the start, Eric was extremely professional, honest, and customer-focused.
He took the time to understand what I wanted for my home and provided very practical design ideas that helped improve the overall look and functionality of the space. He also gave useful money-saving suggestions on materials and supplies without compromising on quality, which I really appreciated.
One of the things that stood out most was his excellent communication. Throughout the renovation, Eric kept me updated, explained things clearly, and was always responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. He was also very transparent with the quotation and did not deviate much from the original agreed amount, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Eric also managed the timeline very well. The renovation was expected to take about one month, but he managed to complete the work even earlier than planned. He was practically on-site every day to supervise the progress and make sure everything was done properly. This level of involvement made a big difference and showed how committed he was to delivering good-quality work. Even after the renovation was completed and all payments were settled, Eric continued to help me with follow-up items and small matters, which shows his dedication and strong after-sales service.
It is rare to find someone who remains so helpful even after the project is officially completed. Overall, it was truly a pleasure working with Eric. From the very first consultation, he provided thoughtful and sound advice, while always respecting my preferences. I truly appreciated that he never imposed his own ideas, but instead collaborated with me to bring my vision to life. He was especially hands-on during the crucial early stages of the renovation, frequently visiting the site to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. This level of involvement gave me great peace of mind, knowing that the foundation of the project was being closely monitored.
When certain design elements couldn’t be implemented due to site constraints, he quickly proposed alternative solutions that worked beautifully. Even fittings that had already been purchased but couldn’t be used were taken care of—he managed to get them exchanged and replaced without issue. Initial Consultation: During our initial consultation, she listened attentively to our raw ideas and offered insightful suggestions that resonated with our vision. She was able to translate our vague ideas into a clear and cohesive plan, while remaining practical and functional.
Design Process: The design process was seamless and enjoyable. Ms. Violet provided mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings that helped us visualise the outcome. As visual people, we appreciated her extra effort to use simple illustrations on her laptop screen. While it’s easy to render 3D drawings on screen, executing them to resemble the drawings relies purely on experience and competencies. Her team demonstrated that they can execute the results according to the plan.
