Creating a multi-zone showroom within a single commercial footprint that showcases highly diverse residential and commercial design capabilities—ranging from industrial workspace elements to premium residential carpentry—without feeling disjointed.

When an interior design studio creates its own workspace, the environment must serve as both an operational hub and a physical catalog of craftsmanship. For their flagship location at One Commonwealth, Singapore, the design team at Vitas Design SG co-created a layout that treats the showroom as a fluid spatial tour. The blueprint demonstrates how distinct design styles—industrial open-concept ceilings, modern residential kitchen configurations, and premium feature walls—can coexist within a unified corporate ecosystem to instantly establish creative authority with visiting clients.

• The Walkthrough: The entrance establishes immediate brand authority using a textured concrete-finish accent wall paired with glowing red structural signage. Stepping inside, the main floor plate opens into a bright workspace featuring a curved white consultation counter with a warm timber base.
