Choa Chu Kang Ave 5

Have you ever wondered how to hide a TV? With this genius idea, you don't have to let that big black box overshadow your beautiful decorating scheme.

The middle section of this panel slides aside to reveal an embedded flat-screen TV. The TV is mounted on a wall bracket; then, shallow cabinetry is built around it. The most basic is to opt for a static arm, but you can also purchase an articulated bracket so the screen can be pulled forward or tilted for optimum viewing when the panel slides open. If you have a surround sound system that you also use to play music, it's worth having mesh doors installed at the side. That way, speakers are hidden, but the flow of sound isn't impeded.
